I love teaching and addressing groups, large or small, and tailoring inspiring and creative learning experiences. It feels like this is what I am meant to be doing and have prepared for all my life.
After my first experience of a Jivamukti Yoga class, in this moment, I knew I wanted to dive deep and share these teachings. 5 months later, in June 2017 after an intensive one month long residential teacher training in Costa Rica I became a 300hr certified Jivamukti teacher.
In April 2019 I became an 800 hour certified Jivamukti teacher after a 6 month long apprenticeship in Jersey City, USA under the guidance of Austin Sanderson.
I see myself in every student that joins me. It’s a huge honour to be able to share these teachings knowing the impact they could have on someone’s life like they have had on my life. Each time I teach I hope to create a beautiful experience that incorporates the 5 tenets of Jivamukti Yoga – Ahimsa (non-violence), Bhakti (devotion), Dhyana (meditation), Nada (sound) and Shastra (study of ancient yogic teachings) that when put together really make magic!
The study and practice of Jivamukti Yoga, acro yoga and tantra has opened me up to a whole new world of conscious touch and communication that has had a transformational effect on my individual health and well-being as well as the health and well-being of my intimate relationships.
I love to experience many forms of non-harming “spiritual practice” that I continually incorporate into my life and teaching. I do not advocate any one path over another. I believe there is great merit in staying open and curious to learn from the infinite forms of wisdom that are all around us.
